Yoo my name is Alex Yang and I'm from Canada.

 

What inspires your love for fashion? 

I wouldn't say I love fashion more so I care about what I wear more than the average guy lol

 

Why did you join Lookbook? 

I joined Lookbook because I was really bored and my loved ones told me to get some hobbies although I don't know if this would count as a hobby. Also I've heard that American Apparel gives out lots of sponsorships and I though it'd be cool to get free clothes to wear. But now that I've started doing this I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would because of the community. I've met some really great people on the site :)  

 

Is color/pattern coordinating a big deal for you, or do you just go with whatever?

Yeah I mean I try to colour/pattern coordinate but I feel like it just happens subconsciously and I believe you shouldn't follow fashion rules down to the T, they're meant to be broken.

 

What would you say your "fashion experience" was? 

Uhhhh I guess the first experience would be the day that I accompanied my mother shopping instead of staying home. That was probably the first time I had to choose clothes to wear. Let's just say it did not go so well lol.

 

What would you say is your favorite outfit?

This is probably the outfit I wear the most especially when I'm too lazy to think of what to wear so I guess it's my fave. But otherwise I'd just wear comfort clothes like sweats and a t-shirt :$

 

How would you describe your style?

I don't really know to be honest but my friends have labelled me: hipster, korean, hood, preppy, skater, european, and probably other things so I guess all of the above :p

When creating an outfit do you prefer staying simple or going a little wild?

I like simple things for sure. My style is very boring and normal I feel like...

Fashion is just a hobby to me now not really a lifestyle or passion or anything
